The Government of Madhya Pradesh on March 09, 2023, issued the Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Methodology for determination of Open Access charges and Banking charges for Green Energy Open Access consumers) Regulations 2023 to provide a Methodology for the determination of Open Access Charges and Banking Charges for Green Energy Open Access Consumers.
These Regulations will extend to the whole of the State of Madhya Pradesh and will be applicable for allowing Open Access to electricity generated from renewable energy sources as defined under Clause (1) of Regulation 2 of these Regulations.
These Regulations shall come into force from March 09, 2023.
