The Tripura Electricity Regulatory Commission (TERC) on March 09, 2023, notified that the Tripura Electricity Regulatory Commission (Miscellaneous provision relating to Petition fees, license fees, and others fees) (2 Amendment) Regulations, 2023 to further amend the Tripura Electricity Regulatory Commission (Miscellaneous Provisions relating to petition fees, license fees, and other fees) Regulations, 2016.
The following has been amended-
•Amendment of Clause 5.2 (vi) of Annexure III of the principal regulation:
The existing provisions under clause 5(vi) shall be substituted with Nature of Petition and Fee
These Regulations shall come into effect from
