The Government of Haryana on March 13, 2023, issued the Haryana Enterprises Promotion (Amendment) Bill, 2022 to further amend the Haryana Enterprises Promotion Act, 2016.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Section 3 which states “Haryana Enterprise Promotion Board” Subsection (3)(iv) has been amended namely: -
(iv) any incentive on the recommendations of the Empowered Executive Committee in mega projects and ultra-mega projects outside the package of financial incentives under the applicable policy as notified by the State Government from time to time for industrial development or for industrial development in any sector; Approving Concession Waiver or Granting Clearance.
