The University Grants Commission, (UGC) on March 16, 2023, issued the Draft Guidelines to impanel Local Artists/Artisans as Artist(s)- in-residence in Higher Educational institutions inviting Suggestions/Feedback from the stakeholders
The following has been stated namely: -
• The guidelines provide the HEls to harness the creative talent and intellectual resources available within the country that are not formally connected to the higher education system with a view to enhance, strengthen and improve the quality of teaching training and research
• The Draft Guidelines to impanel Local Artists/Artisans as Artist(s)- in-residence in Higher Educational institutions are available on the UGC website www.ugc.ac.in
Suggestions/ Feedback are invited from the stakeholders and the same may be sent to the [email protected] by March 31, 2023
