EHS Compliance The Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) on March 10, 2023, issued Directions regarding the timely completion of physical verification of PWPs registered on the centralized EPR Portal for Plastic Packaging.

The following directions have been stated namely: -

• Complete the physical verification of all registered PWPs in your jurisdiction by March 15, 2023.

• Necessary action for compliance must be taken, and the action taken report must be submitted within 10 days of March 10, 2023.
