The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (PSERC) on March 15, 2023, issued a notification inviting suggestions and objections on proposed amendments in “The PSERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005 and PSERC MYT Regulations, 2022.
The Comments/suggestions/objections must reach the undersigned within 5 days of the publication of the notice in person or by post or through e-mail at [email protected]. The Commission will hold a Public Hearing in this connection on March 24, 2023, at 11:30 AM in the office of the Commission.
The persons/organizations are interested in presenting their views on the matter before the Commission is invited to participate. If any member of the public wants to attend the hearing virtually then he/she may send their full name, contact no., and valid email ID to [email protected] and the link for the same will be provided by the Commission.
