Industry Specific Compliance The Department of Town & Country Planning, Goa on March 16, 2023, issued the Goa (Regulation of Land Development and Building Construction) Relaxation Rules, 2023.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The Extent to which Regulations can be relaxed has been stated in the rules.

• Any request made for availing relaxation to the extent as specified in rule 3 above shall be processed by the Chief Town Planner (Planning) for obtaining the decision of the Government.

This has come into force on March 16, 2023
