Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on March 18, 2023, issued a notification to amend notification no. 61/94-Customs (N.T.) dated November 21, 1994, related to the Unloading and loading of baggage.

The following amendment has been stated:

In the Table, against serial number 6 relating to the State of Gujarat, in column (3), after the entry at item (c), the item (d) Vadodara and the corresponding entry in column (4) ‘Unloading of baggage and loading of baggage.’, has been inserted.
