The Government of Haryana on March 16, 2023, issued the Haryana School Education (Amendment), Bill, 2023 to further amend the Haryana School Education Act, 1995.
The following has been stated: -
•In Section 2, which states ‘Definitions’, the following shall be omitted:
(i)clauses (b) and (c) shall be omitted;
(ii)(ii) item (ii) of clause (d) shall be omitted.
•Section 6 which states ‘Aid to recognised schools’ shall be omitted.
•Sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 7 which state ‘School Property’ shall be omitted.
