The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on March 20, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Penalty Structure for Non-display of Brokerage, Statutory & Regulatory Levies to the investors.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The following circulars have been stated as reference
1. NSE/INSP/53939 dated October 03, 2022, on Display of Brokerage, Statutory & Regulatory Levies
2. NSE/INSP/54746 dated December 07, 2022, on Display of Brokerage, Statutory & Regulatory Levies
3. NSE/INSP/55031 dated December 28, 2022, on Display of Brokerage, Statutory & Regulatory Levies
• A penalty structure is formulated for any non-compliance with the provisions.
• The penalty structure is stated in Annexure A attached to the notification
This is applicable from March 31, 2023.
