The Government of Madhya Pradesh on March 16, 2023, issued a notification regarding the retail sale of Bhang, Bhangghota, and Bhang sweets Arrangement for the execution of licenses of shops
As per the order of the state government, this information is published for the general information and for the special information of the licensees of retail shops of Bhang, Bhongghota, and Bhang sweets for the year 2023-24 that is for the period from April 01, 2023, to March 31, 2024, retail sale of bhang, bhangghota, and bhang sweets to be operated in the year 2022-23 in the 42 districts of Madhya Pradesh state mentioned in the document attached. The execution of the licenses of shops will be done by the concerned district collector in the interest of the eligible applicants, after receiving the applications as per clause no. 35.1 of the execution program announced from the existing licenses through renewal, subject to the following conditions and procedures.
