Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Manipur on February 20, 2023, published Manipur Panchayati Raj (Eight Amendment) Act, 2023 to further amend the Manipur Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.

The following has been amended-

•After Section 109 of Chapter V of the Manipur Panchayati Raj Addition of Chapter VI- Panchayat Samiti

It shall come into force on February 20, 2023.
