The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on March 22, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Submission of the VAPT Compliance Report.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Gaps/vulnerabilities detected have to be remedied on an immediate basis and compliance of closure of findings identified during VAPT shall be submitted to the Stock Exchanges within 3 months post the submission of the final VAPT report.
• In order to facilitate online submission of the VAPT compliance report (Digitally signed by the CERT-In empanelled auditor and authorized official of the Member) in the prescribed format, Exchange has made requisite enhancements and the guidelines for submitting the VAPT Compliance Report on the Member portal.
• The format to facilitate online submission of the VAPT compliance report has been attached to Annexure – 1
• The guidelines for submitting the VAPT Compliance Report on the Member portal are attached to Annexure – 2.
