The Government of Rajasthan on March 22, 2023, notified that the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement (Second Amendment), Rules, 2023 to further amend the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement, Rules, 2013.
The following has been amended-
•Amendment of rule 42 which states Bid security hereinafter referred to as the said rules, the existing clause (v) and entries thereto shall be substituted by the following, namely:- "(v) Bidder in procurement related to Panchayat Samiti Nandishala Jan Sahbhagita Yojana or Gram Panchayat Goshala/PashuAsharya Sthal Jan Sahbhagita Yojana issued by the State Government."
•Amendment of rule 75 which states Performance security "(v) Bidder in procurement related to Panchayat Samiti Nandishala Jan Sahbhagita Yojana or Gram Panchayat Goshala/PashuAsharya Sthal Jan Sahbhagita Yojana issued by the State Government."
