EHS ComplianceThe Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC) on March 23, 2023, issued a notification regarding the date of enforcement of the Wild Life (Protection) Amendment Act, 2022.

The following has been stated namely: -

• It has appointed April 01, 2023, as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
