Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) on March 25, 2023, issued a notification regarding the inclusion of 18 HS Codes in Appendix 4R for RoDTEP.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Certain inclusions have been made under Heading 5208 in Appendix 4R for RoDTEP.

• A table with the rates has been included in the notification

The table’s rates will apply for exports made from March 28, 2023.
