Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Maharashtra on March 24, 2023, issued a notification regarding the reduction in VAT on Aviation Turbine Fuel.

Hereby, amends SCHEDULE ‘B’ appended to the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2002, with effect from April 01, 2023, as follows namely:— In Schedule ‘B’ appended to the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2002, in entry 6, in column (3), for the figures and sign “25%”, the figures and sign “18%” shall be substituted.
