Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Himachal Pradesh on March 27, 2023, published the Himachal Pradesh Tenancy and Land Reforms (Amendment) Act, 2022 to further amend the Himachal Pradesh Tenancy and Land Reforms Act, 1972

The following has been amended namely: -

• in Section 118 which states “Transfer of land to non-agriculturists barred” in sub-section (2), in the second proviso below clause (h), for the words “two years” and “one year” the words “three years” and “two years” shall be substituted respectively.
