The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) on March 27, 2023, published the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Redressal of Subscriber Grievance) (Amendment) Regulations, 2023 to further amend the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Redressal of Subscriber Grievance) Regulations, 2015
This shall come into force on March 27, 2023
The following has been amended namely: -
• In regulation 15 which states “Tenure” In the proviso to sub-regulation (1) the words “sixty-five years” shall be substituted with “seventy years.”
