Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Communication on March 27, 2023, revamped SARAS helpdesks are being launched with effect from April 03, 2023.

A SARAS Helpline No. 011-23372044 is also being launched for ease of access for licensees and other users. This helpdesk shall be operational during working hours on working days. This may be circulated widely among licensees and other users of the SARAS portal.
