The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on March 29, 2023, issued a circular regarding the Uniform formats for System Audit and Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Audit reports across Exchanges
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that in order to simplify the submission process and ensure uniform formats across Exchanges, the formats for System Audit and Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Audit report submissions have been revised, under the guidance of SEBI and in consultation with other Exchanges.
• The revised and updated formats of the System Audit and Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Audit reports are attached as Annexure – A and Annexure – B
• The updated formats of System Audit and Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Audit reports submission for the period ended March 31, 2023, along with relevant guidelines and annexures, shall be communicated through a separate circular.
• All members are advised to take note of the above to bring the provisions of this circular to the notice of the auditors and put in place adequate systems and procedures to ensure strict adherence to the compliance requirement
