The Institute of Companies Secretaries of India (ICSI) on March 29, 2023, issued a notification regarding the functioning of the MCA- 21 V3 Portal.
This is in reference to the initiative of the (MCA) towards digital transformation from the MCA-21 V2 to the MCA-21 V3 platform.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that due to the change in way of filing in the Version-3 and process of stabilization of 45 forms launched with effect from January 23, 2023, in its General Circular No. 04/2023 dated February 21, 2023, that has relaxed the levy of additional fee for the filing of 45 forms which are due for filing between February 07, 2023, and February 28, 2023, till March 31, 2023.
• It further states that due to The technical glitches still being persistent and not being able to file the Forms as required under the Companies Act, 2013 the aforesaid relaxations are extended further to June 30, 2023, ie.
(i) The relaxation in the levy of additional fees for the filing of 45 forms which are due for filing between February 07, 2023, and June 30, 2023, shall be till June 30, 2023.
(ii) allowing filing of such 6 Forms namely Form GNL-2, MGT-14, PAS-3, SH-8, SH-9, SH¬11, in physical mode till June 30, 2023.
