The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi on March 29, 2023, issued a notification regarding the renewal of the licenses in form of L-11 which provides the Licence for the retail vend of Beer manufactured by microbreweries at All Hotels, Restaurants and Airports
The following has been stated namely: -
• All the licensees of L-11 are hereby directed to submit their application for renewal of license online by accessing their account in the ESCIMS portal through their I.D. and password along with the applicable license renewal fee for the period April 01, 2023, to August 30, 2023, by providing the requisite information and payment of renewal license fee on or before March 31, 2023
• The Licensee should ensure that the licensed premises remain in his legal possession during the currency of license as required under section 13 (1) (f) of the Delhi Excise Act, 2009. Accordingly, the license fee will be levied on a proportionate basis for the period w.e.f. April 01, 2023, to August 30, on the fee structure as attached to the Table
• The Department reserves the right to review the license fee and in case the same is increased, the licensee shall be liable to pay the increased amount within the stipulated time period failing which the Department shall have the right to stop the transport permit of the unit or take any other suitable action
• All applications for renewal with license fee must be submitted online on or before March 31, 2023, the licensee should submit a renewal application with fee by the due date by accessing their account in the ESCIMS portal through their I.D. and password along with the acceptance of the Declaration
