Industry Specific Compliance The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) on March 29, 2023, extended the date for the first point of sale (price to distributor) and capped the trade margin of five medical devices.

The following five medical devices are as stated:

• Pulse Oximeter,

• Blood Pressure Monitoring Machine,

• Nebulizer,

• Digital Thermometer, and

• Glucometer

The date is further extended up to June 30, 2023 or till further order, whichever is earlier.
