EHS ComplianceThe Health Department, Haryana on March 28, 2023, extended the regulation of ‘The Haryana Epidemic Disease, COVID-19 Regulation, 2020 till March 31, 2024.

The following has been stated namely:  -

• All health facilities (Government & Private) during the screening of cases shall record the history of travel of the person if he/she travelled to any country or area where COVID-19 has been reported. In addition, the history of coming in contact with a suspected or confirmed case of Covid-19 shall be recorded. Information on all such cases should be given to the office of the Civil Surgeon of the district Immediately.

• All COVID-19 samples will be collected and sent to laboratories designated by the State Government or the Government of India.

• Any person with a history of travel to a country or area from where COVID-19 has been reported, must comply with the latest COVID-19 guidelines/direction from MoHWF, GoI.
