The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (PSERC) on March 29, 2023, issued a notification Inviting on the Comments/Suggestions of the Public/Stakeholders on the explanatory memorandum on the Determination of Tariff for requisition of Green Energy under the Electricity (Promoting Renewable Energy through Green Energy Open Access) Rules, 2022.
The following has been stated namely: -
• An Explanatory Memorandum for the Determination of the tariff for requisition of green energy under the Electricity (Promoting Renewable Energy through Green Energy Open Access) Rules, 2022 is uploaded on the website of the Commission for inviting comments/suggestions of all the stakeholders regarding the same.
• The comments/suggestions, if any, must reach the undersigned, within 21 days from March 29, 2023, in person or by post or through e-mail at [email protected].
