The Government of Rajasthan on March 22, 2023, issued a notification regarding clarification under the Amnesty scheme
It is clarified that:-
•The term 'Outstanding demand in the above category shall also include 'disputed amount' which is not more than rupees one lakh in a single entry pending in the DCR on 10.02.2023, subject to the fulfillment of condition laid down in the Scheme for the withdrawal of the litigation.
•The term 'Outstanding demand in the above category does not include 'Final Amount which arrived after 10.02.2023 and resulted in outstanding demand of not more than rupees one lakh in a single entry pending in the DCR
