Commercial Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoC&F) on March 31, 2023, issued the Polyethylene Material for Moulding and Extrusion (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2023 to further amend the Polyethylene Material for Moulding and Extrusion (Quality Control) Order, 2022.

The following has been amended: -

•In the order in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted:

“(2) It shall come into force on the 03rd day of October, 2023.”

This shall come into force on March 31, 2023.
