Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Punjab on April 06, 2023, issued a notification regarding remitting the duty chargeable under section 3-D of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899

In continuation of the Government of Punjab, Department of Revenue, Rehabilitation and Disaster Management, Notification No. S.O.26/C.A.2/1899/S.9/2023, dated February 28, 2023, and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to remit the duty chargeable under section 3-D of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, upto April 30, 2023.
