Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Punjab on April 06, 2023, issued a notification regarding remitting duty under Punjab Infrastructure (Development and Regulation) Act, 2002.

The Governor of Punjab is pleased to direct that-

(i)a fee at the rate of rupee one, for every hundred rupees.

(ii)a Special Infrastructure Development fee at the rate of rupee 0.25 for every hundred rupees, of the value of the purchase of any immovable property within the State of Punjab, shall, respectively, not be levied up to April 30, 2023.
