The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on April 06, 2023, issued a notification regarding the continuation of anti-dumping duty on imports of “Fishing Net”.
Amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 20/2018-Customs(ADD), dated April 10, 2018, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 359(E), dated April 10, 2018.
The following has been amended-
•In the said notification, after paragraph 2 and before the Explanation, the “3. Notwithstanding anything contained in paragraph 2, the anti-dumping duty imposed on the subject goods specified against serial numbers 1, 2, 3, and 4 of the TABLE above shall remain in force up to and inclusive of the 9th September 2023, unless revoked, superseded or amended earlier.” paragraph shall be inserted.
