Finance & Taxation Compliance The Government of Himachal Pradesh on April 06, 2023, issued amendments in the Punjab Excise Fiscal Orders 1932.

The following has been amended namely: -

• The table with the revised rates of Excise Duty, Manufacture, Export Duty, and other levies on the excise-able articles has been inserted in the notification

• Provided, that duty shall not be levied on rectified spirit supplied to the Government and Charitable Hospitals/dispensaries and Educational Research Institutions approved by the Government

• This is with effect from April 01, 2023
