The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on April 10, 2023, notified the rate of Interest of the Special Deposit Scheme.
This Rate shall be in force with effect from April 01, 2023
The following has been stated namely: -
• This has a reference to Notification No.F.16(1)-PD/75 dated June 30, 1975, relating to the Special Deposit Scheme
• It is notified that the deposits made under the Special Deposit Scheme for Non-Government Provident, Superannuation, and Gratuity Funds with effect from April 01, 2023, to June 30, 2023, shall bear interest at 7.1% (seven points one percent).
