The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC) on March 29, 2023, issued the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Business Plan) Regulations, 2023.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The Regulation shall remain in force for a Control Period of 3 years that is for FY 2023-24, FY 2024-25, and FY 2025-26 unless reviewed earlier.
• The Business Plan for Generating Entity has been stated
• The Business Plan for Transmission Licensee has been stated
• The Business Plan for Distribution Licensee has been stated
• The Procedure for Calculation has been given in the Appendix
This shall be applicable from April 01, 2023
