The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on April 11, 2023, issued a circular regarding the Consolidated Circular for the Broker Supervision Department
The following has been stated namely: -
• To facilitate members to comply with the regulatory requirements, the Exchange consolidates regulatory requirements and issues updated consolidated circulars periodically.
• The regulatory requirements prescribed through various circulars issued by the Broker Supervision Department of the Exchange till March 31, 2023, are consolidated in this circular attached as Annexure.
• For detailed specific requirements the members are advised to refer to respective circulars.
