The Government of Madhya Pradesh on April 07, 2023, issued the Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Intra-State Open Access in Madhya Pradesh Regulations(Revision-I) 2021 (Second Amendment).
The following has been stated namely: -
• This shall extend to the whole of Madhya Pradesh
• The following sub-clauses under clause 2.1 have been substituted namely: -
1. (ix)(a) – Day Ahead Market (DAM)
2. (ix)(b) – Fossil Fuel
3. (ix)(c) – Green Energy
4. (ic)(d) – Green Energy Open Access Consumer
• Regulation 15 which states “Priority for adjustment of Energy Credit” has been substituted.
This has come into force on April 07, 2023.
