Industry Specific ComplianceThe Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) on April 11, 2023, issued the Direction regarding the re-operationalization of FSS (Health Supplements, Nutraceuticals, Food for Special Dietary Use, Food for Special Medical Purposes and Prebiotic and Prebiotic Food) Regulations, 2022.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The provisions specified in the directions dated October 18, 2023, shall be re-operationalized with effect from April 01, 2023.
