The Ministry of Skill, Development, and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) on April 11, 2023, issued a notification regarding the Ban on the single-use Plastic
The following has been stated namely: -
• This has a reference to the Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change Notice No. B-17011/7/PWM/2022 dated February 04, 2022, regarding Prohibiting Production, Stocking, Distribution, Sale & Use of Single Use Plastic (SUP) items
• It directs that the guidelines regarding the Prohibition of Single Use Plastic (SUP) of the Ministry of Environment shall be strictly followed.
