The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on April 12, 2023, issued the Regulations for Keeping Places of Public Entertainment in the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
The following has been stated namely: -
• These Regulations shall apply to the Places of Public Entertainment in the National Capital Territory of Delhi
• The Classification of Places of Public Entertainment into Class ‘A’ and Class ’B’ has been given
• The Suitability of the Licensee and proposed premises of the License has been stated
• The Conditions for the issue of the license have been stated
This has come into force on April 12, 2023
