The Uttarakhand Pollution Control Board, on April 06, 2023, issued a notification regarding the disposal of the application received for the consent to establish industrial units in the state
This shall come into force with immediate effect
The following has been stated namely: -
• It states that the UKPCB has fixed a time-table for the disposal of applications received for the Consent to establish the following categories of industries/units in the state namely: -
(i) White Category
(ii) Green Category
(iii) Orange Category
(iv) Red Category
• The table which specifies the time for disposal of the application has been attached to the document.
