The Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on April 12, 2023, issued a notification regarding the use of the Hindi language in the office.
It has been ordered that the Administration Branch, Medical Administration Branch, Construction Branch, Pepan Branch, Official Language Branch, Medical Benefit Branch, Recovery Branch, Law Branch, Information Personnel posted in Technology Branch, and Medical Vigilance Branch who have proficiency in Hindi.
From the date of issue of this order, only Hindi will be used in the office for note drafting and other official purposes. However, where the use of any other language is required under the said rules and any law, there another language may be used in the official work of the said office.
