The Jal Shakti Vibhag, Himachal Pradesh on April 06, 2023, issued the Himachal Pradesh Water Cess on Hydropower Generation Rules, 2023.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The method of Installation of the Scheme has been stated
• Every registration Certificate grant application shall be on FORM-I and accompanied by a fee of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred).
• The Procedure for granting of Registration Certificate has been stated namely: -
• The Power and functions of the Authorized Officer have been stated
• Form I, Form II, and Form III have been inserted in the notification
This shall come into force on April 06, 2023
