The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) on April 13, 2023, issued the instructions pertaining to temporary downtime of the FoSCoS portal for 3 days.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Due to the scheduled migration activity of the database server, the Food Safety and Compliance System [FoSCoS] portal will remain non-operational from April 28, 2023, to April 30, 2023.
• Users (FBOs, Authorities, etc.) of the FoSCoS portal are advised that the tasks pertaining to license/registration viz. Renewal Applications, Modification, Response to improvement notices, etc. should be planned accordingly.
