The Government of Rajasthan on April 05, 2023, issued a notification regarding the registration of immovable property documents regarding the inspection.
In order to simplify the process of registration of documents and to reduce the time taken for registration, to make the present system of spot inspection of immovable property more convenient. The new system of spot inspection of immovable property is implemented immediately by superseding all the orders/instructions/circulars issued by the department.
