Labour Compliance The Government of Assam on April 12, 2023, issued a notification to extend the last date of submission of the Annual Return under Section 28 of the Trade Unions Act, 1926.

The last date has been extended to May 31, 2023, instead of April 30, 2023. All the Registered Trade Unions are requested to submit their Annual Return for the year ending 2022 on or before May 31, 2023.
