Finance & Taxation Compliance The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) on April 17, 2023, issued a notification to amend Annexure-IV under Appendix-2A (Imports of Items under TRQ under India- UAE CEPA).

The following amendments have been stated:

• The Condition (g)(I to vi) under Annexure-IV of Appendix-2A which states the procedure for import of items under TRQ under India UAE CEPA, has been deleted.
