The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) on April 13, 2023, issued a notification to revise the format of test reports of Form A ‘Certificate of Analysis by the Referral Food Laboratory’ and Form B ‘Report of the Food Analyst’.
In this regard, all the FSSAI notified food testing laboratories and concerned stakeholders are hereby informed and instructed to follow the test report formats given under Food Safety and Standards (First Amendment) Rules, 2022, dated January 16, 2023, i.e. Form VII A and Form XI from now onwards for issuing test reports of the sample analysis (primary and appeal samples).
