Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on April 17, 2023, issued the Operational Guidelines for participation in BSE BOND (EBP platform of BSE).

It is stated that “BSEBOND” (Electronic Book Provider “EBP” Platform) of BSE was first made available with effect from July 01, 2016, in line with SEBI circular no. CIR/IMD/DF1/48/2016 dated April 21, 2016, and further revisions were made. 

Pursuant to this, BSE issued the “Operational Guidelines for participation on BSE BOND (EBP platform of BSE)” on December 28, 2022, that became effective January 01, 2023, onwards.

The following changes have been made to the abovementioned guidelines:

• An arranger can bid on behalf of eligible participants provided they are mapped for the issue, not later than one hour before the bidding start time.

• In case of multiple yield allotments for zero-coupon bonds, the ‘cut-off’ price determined in the bidding process shall be applicable to the anchor investor(s).

Revised BSEBOND Operational guidelines titled “Operational Guidelines for participation on BSEBOND (EBP platform of BSE)” shall come into effect for all transactions that open for bidding on BSEBOND from April 24, 2023, onwards. Please refer to Annexure A and Annexure B attached as part of this notice.
