The Government of Andhra Pradesh on April 17, 2023, issued the Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Licensees' Standards of Performance) Fourth Amendment Regulation, 2023 to further amend the Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Licensee's Standards of Performance) Regulation, 2004.
The following amendment has been stated:
• The text against S.No. VIII.ii.a under SCHEDULE-II which states the release of supply – Low tension, has been amended.
The Commission has decided to extend the SLA period for LT application processing to 15 working days, as per the request made by the Chairman and Managing Director/APEPDCL.
