The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on April 17, 2023, issued the Review of provisions pertaining to the Electronic Book Provider platform.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Reference is made to Notification No. NSE/D5/55017 dated December 28, 2022, which states Revised operating guidelines for NSE Electronic Bidding Platform (EBP)
• The following amendments have been made namely: -
1. Eligible Participants
2. Process of Bidding
3. Settlement Amount – Anchor Investor
The revised operating guidelines for the NSE Electronic Bidding Platform (EBP) have been enclosed in Annexure-I
This shall come into force on April 24, 2023.
